Pink Mango Frappuccino
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp mango syrup
- 2-3 drops pink food coloring
Blue Drizzle
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1-2 tbsp warm milk, as needed
- 1-2 drops blue food coloring
- Tiny pinch of citric acid
For Topping
- Whipped cream
- Pink and blue sprinkles or sanding sugar, optional
Make the blue drizzle. Melt the white chocolate chips until completely smooth. Stir in a little warm milk at a time until the chocolate is thin enough to drizzle.
Make it blue. Add the blue food coloring and a tiny pinch of citric acid. Stir until everything is smooth. Taste and add a little more citric acid if you want it more sour. Set aside.
Blend the Frappuccino. Add the frozen mango, whole milk, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, and mango syrup to your blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Add the pink color. Add 2–3 drops of pink food coloring and blend again just until the color is evenly mixed.
Create the blue swirls. Drizzle the blue mixture around the inside of your serving glass. Turn the glass as you drizzle so you get those fun blue streaks all the way around.
Pour and decorate. Slowly pour the pink mango Frappuccino into the prepared glass. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and finish with colorful sprinkles or sanding sugar.
Enjoy! Serve your Unicorn Frappuccino right away before it starts to melt.
- Frozen mango works best because it helps make the frappuccino thick and creamy.
- Citric acid is strong, so start with a very small pinch. You can always add more.
- If you're making this for younger kids, you can reduce or completely leave out the citric acid.
- Make the blue drizzle before blending the frappuccino so your frozen drink doesn't sit around and melt.
- For an extra fun finish, add edible glitter or colorful sugar on top.
